Dr. Goldade is currently booking:

• New Consultations in mid August 2026.

• Follow up Appointments are available in late June 2026.

Children typically require follow-up appointments every 6–8 months to monitor growth, development, and overall well-being. If your child has not had a virtual or in-person visit within 12 months, the file will be considered closed and the matter resolved. 

Please note: Prescription refills do not count as a clinic visit.

If your Family Physician believes your child still requires paediatric specialty care, they are welcome to send a new referral at their discretion.

If you did not book your follow-up at the end of your last visit, availability may be limited. Please book your follow up appointment through TH Connect as soon as possible.

The office does not reach out to schedule follow-ups — it is your responsibility to initiate the booking when appropriate.
